Ravioli with Creamy Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients: 1/2 bag ravioli with funghi filling, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, thyme, 150 grams mixed mushrooms, 1 tablespoon flour, 300 ml milk, salt, pepper,

Number of persons: 2

Cook the ravioli according to pack instructions. Bake 1 chopped onion with 1 finely garlic clove and some thyme until the onion is soft. Add 150 grams mixed mushrooms (cut and cleaned). Bake until the mushrooms are tender. Add 1 tablespoon of flour. Fry the flour briefly. Add gradually, while stirring, 300 ml milk (or as needed for desired thickness of the sauce). Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve the ravioli with mushroom sauce. Enjoy!
