Cook the rice according to pack instructions. Bake 1 small chopped onion, 2 chopped garlic cloves and 1 teaspoon chili jam. Stir fry until the onion is soft. Season to taste with turmeric, galangal, ginger and cumin powder and fry briefly. Meanwhile cut 2 chicken breasts into dices. Add the diced chicken and fry brown. Add 250 grams sliced mushrooms. Bake until the mushrooms are soft. Add 200 ml coconut milk and 1 crumbled stock cube. Bring to a boil while stirring and then let it simmer for 10 minutes on low heat. Enjoy!
