Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celcius. Grease a baking dish (or ramekins) with butter. Create a batter of 125 grams of flour, 3 eggs and 300 ml whole milk. Whisk or mix until you have a smooth batter. Season with thyme, salt and flour. Put 6 sausages in a baking dish or 2 sausages per single ramekins. Pour the batter over the sausages. Place the baking dish approximately 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven (open the oven in the meantime). Enjoy!
