Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente. Bake 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove and some thyme until the onion is soft. Add 300 grams minced beef. Fry the minced beef brown and loose. Add 250 grams sliced mushrooms. Bake until the mushrooms are tender. Add 1 can diced tomatoes. Heat thoroughly. Season with salt, pepper and shawarma spices. Add a little oregano. Serve with spaghetti. Enjoy!
