Cook the rice according pack instructions. Beat 2 eggs. Mix the beaten eggs tablespoon cornstarch and 2 diced chicken breasts. Fry the chicken in hot oil brown. Spoon the chicken from the pan and keep it aside. Heat again hot oil in the pan. Fry in hot oil 3 sliced spring onions, 1 red pepper, 125 grams bean sprouts and 2 finely chopped garlic cloves. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Put the chicken back into the pan. Mix in a bowl 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 50 ml chicken stock, 2 tablespoons rice wine 1 tablespoon cornstarch. Stir the dish and cook for 1 minute. Serve with rice. Enjoy!
