
Ingredients: 2 tomatoes, salt, pepper, garlic powder, 1 mozzarella, 8 basil leaves, 125 ml milk, 2 large eggs (or 3 medium), 150 grams flour, 1 sachet yeast, 80 ml oil, 100 grams grated cheese,
♥ Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius.
♥ Carve 2 tomatoes in the bottom. Dip for 30 seconds in boiling water and then dip in cold water. Peel the tomatoes and remove the hard part out.

♥ Cut the tomatoes into cubes. Fry the diced tomatoes in hot oil. Season with salt, pepper and a little garlic powder.

♥ Remove the tomatoes from the pan and let it drain and cool.

♥ Mix 1 diced mozzarella and chopped basil into the cooled tomato.

♥ Heat 125 ml whole milk.

♥ Beat 2 eggs with 150 grams flour and yeast in a food processor together.

♥ Mix gradually 80 ml of oil and the heated milk into the batter.

♥ Fold 100 grams grated cheese and the tomato mixture into the batter.


♥ Pour the batter into a lightly greased cake tin.
♥ Put the cake tin about 45 minutes in the oven.

♥ Let the cake cool down before you cut the savory cake in slices. Enjoy!
