Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Thaw 4 sheets puff pastry. Bake 125 grams mushrooms with 1 garlic clove until the mushrooms are tender. Wrap both tartars each with 2 slices of smoked bacon. Spoon the mushrooms on two sheets puff pastry. Put a tartare on both sheets. Fold the other sheet of puff pastry over it and fold it tightly. Sprinkle grated cheese and some Italian herbs over both packets. Place the tartare packets about 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Enjoy!
