Cook the rice according pack instructions and let it cool. Beat 1 egg and stir with the cold rice. Bake 250 grams diced bacon with 1 chopped onion, 2 chopped garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon chili jam, coriander, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg until the onion is soft. Add 1 sliced leek and stir briefly. Add the rice and cook, stirring well on high heat.

Bake 1 chopped onion, 2 chopped garlic cloves and 1 teaspoon chili jam. Stir fry until the onion is soft. Season to taste with turmeric, galangal, coriander and cumin and cook briefly. Meanwhile cut 2 chicken breasts into cubes. Add the chicken cubes and fry brown. Add 200 ml coconut milk and 1 crumbled stock cube.
