Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Cut 2 pork escalopes into pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Get it through a beaten egg. Then through the breadcrumbs seasoned with oregano and some garlic powder. Fry the pieces pork escalope to pieces and brown in hot butter. Put the pieces pork escalope in a baking dish.
Make the tomato sauce. Bake in hot oil 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove and some thyme until the onion is soft. Add 3 diced tomatoes, fry briefly. Add 25 ml red wine. Allow the alcohol to evaporate. Add 1 can diced tomatoes. Stir 1 tablespoon sugar through. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Let the tomato sauce simmer gently for 10 minutes. Puree the tomato sauce.
Spread the tomato sauce over the pork escalope. Lay slices of mozzarella on the pork escalopes and sprinkle with grated cheese. Put the baking dish in the preheated oven so the cheese and mozzarella can melt. Enjoy!
