Chocolate Mousse

Chocolate mousse
Ingredients: 3 eggs, salt, 200 grams dark chocolate, 60 grams brown sugar, 250 ml cream,

Split 3 eggs. Keep the egg whites and yolks separately. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt in a spotless bowl and spotless mixer hooks. Melt 200 grams dark chocolate au bain marie. Beat 60 grams brown sugar with the 3 egg yolks until smooth. Whip 250 ml cream until fluffy. Put the egg yolk mixture to the melted chocolate and stir well. Mix the chocolate mixture with the cream with the mixer. Fold it carefully through the stiff egg whites. Spoon the mousse into pretty dessert glasses or cups. Cover with plastic wrap and place the dessert glasses about 2-3 hours in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
