
Ingredients: 2 chicken breast, chicken spices, 2 sage leaves, raw ham, 150 ml white wine,

Flatten 2 chicken breasts with a rolling pin. Sprinkle with chicken spices. Put on each chicken breast a sage leave. Wrap with raw ham. Bake the chicken breasts around brown in hot butter. Add 150 ml white wine. Leave to simmer for about 15 minutes on low heat with the lid on the pan. Enjoy!
