
Ingredients: rice, 600 grams gammon steak, salt, pepper, ginger powder, 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 1 red pepper, 1 leek, 1 sour apple, 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 1 tablespoon ginger syrup, 1 stock cube, 2 bananas,

Cook the rice according to pack instructions. Sprinkle 600 grams diced gammon steaks with salt, pepper and ginger. Fry the gammon steaks in hot butter. When the meat is brown scoop it from the pan and keep it aside. Put some new butter in the pan. Bake 1 chopped onion with 2 finely chopped garlic cloves, 1 sliced red pepper, 1 sliced leek and 1 diced sour apple until the vegetables have softened slightly. Put the meat back into the pan. Add 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 1 tablespoon ginger syrup and 1 crumbled stock cube. Leave to simmer for 15 minutes over medium heat. Add the last 2 sliced bananas. Warm briefly. Serve with rice.
