Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celcius. Mix 115 grams butter with 115 grams brown sugar until you have a creamy mass. Add 1 sachet vanilla sugar and 1 egg. Mix a while. Add 175 grams flour and mix with the rest. Mix 1 tablespoon cocoa powder with 1 1/2 tablespoons hot water. Stir well and add to the batter. Chop 75 grams dark chocolate into small pieces. Fold this into the batter. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Stir with a spoon mounds of batter onto the baking sheet. Keep a sufficient distance between the cookies. Press the heaps a bit with a wet spoon. Put the baking sheet in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes. Allow the chocolate cookies cool (first still on the hot baking sheet and after 30 minutes on a large plate). Enjoy!
