Chicken Breast with Creamy Ham Cheese Sauce
Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts, salt, pepper, 1 large onion, 100 grams ham, thyme, 250 ml cream, 100 grams grated cheese,

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Sprinkle 2 chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Bake around brown in hot butter. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Bake in the remaining fat 1 chopped onion with 100 grams chopped ham and some thyme until the onion is soft. Add 250 ml cream. Warm a while. Remove the pan from the heat. Stir 90 grams grated cheese into the sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Let the cheese melt while stirring. Pour the sauce over the chicken breasts. Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese over the dish. Place the baking dish about 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Stir, when you have removed the chicken,the sauce for a bit. Enjoy!
