Cook the pasta in boiling water with a little salt until the pasta is al dente. Bake 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove and some thyme until the onion is translucent. Add 1 diced chicken breast and cook until the chicken breast is browned. Add 250 grams sliced mushrooms. Bake until the mushrooms are soft. Add 1 jar carrots (drained), 1 can peeled tomatoes and 1 crumbled stock cube. Stir and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Season with parsley. Serve with grated cheese. Enjoy!
