Cook the tortellini al dente in boiling salted water. Bake 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove and some thyme until the onion is soft. Add 150 grams diced ham. Fry the diced ham for a few minutes. Add 250 grams peas and 250 ml cream. Let it simmer gently for about 10 minutes. Add 75 grams grated cheese. Let the cheese melt.
