Bake 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove and some thyme until the onion is soft. Add 400 grams risotto rice. Bake briefly. Add 1 liter stock. Let the risotto simmer 25 minutes. Stir occasionally. Bake in another pan 200 grams diced bacon until crispy. Add 1 diced chicken breast. Bake until the chicken is browned. Add 1 sliced leek and 250 grams sliced mushrooms. Bake until the mushrooms are tender. Add 100 grams grated cheese and chicken breast, mushrooms, leek and bacon to the risotto. Stir well so that the cheese melts. Enjoy!
