Cook the rice according pack instructions. Bake 1 diced chicken breast with 250 grams diced bacon until the chicken is browned. Spoon the chicken and bacon from the pan. Bake in the remaining fat 1 chopped onion with some thyme until the onion is soft. Add 1 sliced carrot and 1 sliced leek. Bake for 5 minutes. Add 250 grams sliced mushrooms. Bake until the mushrooms are soft. Add 1 tablespoon flour. Bake, stirring briefly. Add 500 ml chicken stock. Put the chicken and bacon to the pan. Let it simmer for about 15 minutes over medium heat.
