Cook the noodles according to the pack instructions. Bake 300 grams diced gammon steak brown in hot oil. Meanwhile, make a sauce of 1 tablespoon oil, 1 tablespoon rice wine, 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup, 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce and pepper. Add the sauce to the meat and cook over high heat for 2 minutes. Add 1 sliced red pepper, 1 chopped leek and 100 grams sliced mushrooms. Bake for 5 minutes. Add 500 ml Stock. Cook 5 minutes. Meanwhile, make a paste of cornstarch: 1 tablespoon cornstarch with cold water. Add the cornflour paste along with the noodles. Heat through thoroughly. Enjoy!
