Boil 1 cauliflower, cut into florets, until cooked in boiling salted water. Meanwhile, make the chicken cheese sauce. Melt 30 grams butter. Add 30 grams flour to the melted butter and fry briefly. Gradually add about 500 ml milk. Add 100 grams grated cheese, 1 tablespoon mustard and add 250 grams cooked chicken slices. Bring the chicken cheese sauce to taste with salt and pepper.
