Sprinkle 2 chicken breasts with salt, pepper and a little dried Italian herbs. Wrap the chicken breasts each with 2 slices bacon. Bake the chicken breasts around brown in hot butter. Lower the heat. Put a lid half on the pan and cook the chicken about 10 minutes. Add 1/2 bottle dark beer and let it cook until the foam disappears. Add 125 ml cream. Warm the sauce well. Bring the sauce to taste with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
