
Nasi Kornet
Ingredients: rice, 1 onion, 3 garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon ginger, 2 teaspoons chili jam, 1 teaspoon shrimp paste, 250 grams diced bacon, 1 can of corned beef, 2 teaspoons brown sugar, 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup, 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce, 1 tablespoon salt soy sauce, 2 eggs, 1 leek,Number of persons: 6
Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packaging. Allow the rice to cool. Create a bumbu in a food processor with 1 onion, 3 garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon ginger, 2 teaspoons chili jam and 1 teaspoon shrimp paste. Let the food processor run for so long until it is a smooth paste.

Mix 50 grams of roast red pork seasoning mix with 125 ml of water. Stir well until all lumps are dissolved. Cut 500 grams pork into strips. Marinate the pork stripes at least 3 hours in the marinade. Bake the pork on the grill until ready. Enjoy!
