
Ingredients: spaghetti, salt, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, thyme, 200 grams minced beef, 250 grams mushrooms, 3 spring onions, 1 jar carrots, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 tin tomato puree, 1 beef stock cube, grated cheese,

Cook the spaghetti al dente in boiling salted water. Bake 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove and some thyme until the onion is soft. Bake 200 grams minced beef brown and loose. Add 250 grams sliced mushrooms and 3 sliced spring onions. Bake until the mushrooms are tender. Add 1 jar carrots, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 tin tomato puree and 1 crumbled stock cube. Bring to a boil while stirring. Leave to simmer about 10 minutes on low heat. Puree the sauce with a hand blender. Serve the sauce with the spaghetti. Sprinkle grated cheese over. Enjoy!
