
Ingredients: 2 pork chops, salt, pepper, 1 onion, 250 grams diced bacon, 250 grams mushrooms, 1 tablespoon flour, 1 can tomato puree, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 100 ml white wine 150 ml water, 3 pickles,

Sprinkle 2 pork chops with salt and pepper. Bake pork chops brown on both sides in hot butter. Remove the pork chops from the pan and keep aside. Bake in the remaining butter 1 chopped onion with 250 grams diced bacon until the onion is soft. Add 250 grams sliced mushrooms. Bake until the mushrooms are tender. Add 1 tablespoon flour. Bake briefly. Add 1 can tomato puree, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 100 ml white wine and 150 ml water. Stir well. Put the pork chops back into the pan and heat through thoroughly. Add at last 3 sliced pickles. Enjoy!
