Risotto with Mushrooms, Bacon and Dark Beer
Ingredients: 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, thyme, 250 grams diced bacon, 250 grams mushrooms, 200 grams risotto rice, 1 bottle dark beer (330 ml), 800 ml stock,

Bake 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove and some thyme until the onion is soft. Add 250 grams diced bacon and fry briefly. Add 250 grams sliced ​​mushrooms. Bake until the mushrooms are tender. Stir in 200 grams risotto rice . Pour 1 bottle dark beer. Turn up the heat and let the foam stirring dissapear. Lower the heat. Add gradually 800 ml stock, stirring occasionally. The risotto is cooked after about 20 minutes. Enjoy!
