Put in a food processor 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 2 teaspoons ground ginger, 1 teaspoon galangal, 1 teaspoon lemon grass powder, 1 teaspoon chili jam and 1 tablespoon mustard. Turn on the food processor briefly. Add 500 grams minced beef, 1 egg, 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce and 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs. Turn on the food processor just until the meat is well mixed. Make small meatballs of it. Fry the meatballs around brown in hot butter. Serve with satay sauce. Enjoy!
