Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Siege 2 pork escalopes with grilled red pepper and a few slices of brie. Fold the pork escalopes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wrap the pork escalopes with slices of raw ham. Put the pork escalopes in a baking dish. Place the baking dish approximately 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven.
