Cook the pasta al dente in boiling salted water. Bake 1 sliced chicken breast in hot butter until the chicken is browned. Add 1 sliced leek and cook until the leek is soft. Add 250 ml sliced mushrooms. Bake until the mushrooms are tender. Add 500 ml sieved tomatoes, 1 crumbled chicken stock cube, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, basil and oregano. Bring to the boil. Let it simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes. Serve with pasta. Enjoy!
