Cook the rice according to the pack instructions. Allow the rice to cool. Create a bumbu in a food processor with 1 onion, 3 garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon ginger, 2 teaspoons chili jam, 1 teaspoon shrimp paste and a little pepper. Let the food processor run for so long until the ingredients are smooth.
Bake in a hot wok 250 grams diced bacon until almost crisp. Add the bumbu and fry for 1 minute. Add 1 can chopped corned beef. Mix 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup, 2 teaspoons brown sugar, 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce and 1 tablespoon salt soy sauce. Bake until the corned beef has become smooth. Hot Beef StewIngredients: 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, 1/2 red pepper pepper, 2 teaspoons chili jam, 1 teaspoon shrimp paste, 300 grams diced beef (poulet), 1 teaspoon galangal, 1 teaspoon lemon grass powder, 1 bay leaf, 50 ml sweet soy sauce, 250 ml water, 1 stock cube,
Bake 1 chopped onion with 1/2 diced red pepper, 1 finely chopped garlic clove and 2 teaspoons chili jam until the onion is soft. Add 1 teaspoon shrimp paste, stir well. Add 300 grams beef cubes. Fry briefly. Add 1 teaspoon galangal, 1 teaspoon lemon grass powder and 1 bay leaf. Stir. Add 50 ml sweet soy sauce, 250 ml water and 1 crumbled stock cube. Bring just to a boil.
