Cook the tortellini al dente in boiling salted water. Rinse a crop lettuce. Cut the lettuce finely. Cut 2 sundried tomatoes finely. Rinse the tortellini with cold water. Mix the tortellini with chopped sundried tomato by the lettuce. Add to your own taste salad dressing over the veggie tortellini salad. Enjoy!
