Bake 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove and 1 chopped red sweet pepper until the onion is soft. Add 250 grams minced beef. Fry the minced beef brown and loose. Season with salt, pepper, cumin and paprika. Add 1 can of corn (drained) and 500 ml sieved tomatoes. Leave to simmer about 10 minutes. Serve with nacho cheese tortilla chips. Enjoy!
