Bake 1 chopped onion, 2 diced chicken breasts until the onion is soft. Add 375 grams mushrooms sliced into quarters. Bake until the mushrooms are soft. Season with a little paprika. Add a dash white wine. Let the alcohol evaporate. Then add 200 ml creme fraiche and 1 tin tomato puree. Stir well. Leave for 5 to 10 minutes on low heat. Serve with baked potatoes. Enjoy!
