Cut 2 pork escalopes into strips. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook the pork escalope strips in hot brown butter. Add 1 chopped onion and fry briefly. Add 200 grams sliced mixed mushrooms and 125 grams sliced mushrooms. Bake until the mushrooms are soft. Add 50 ml white wine. Leave a little alcohol evaporate. Add 250 ml cream and some parsley.
