
Ingredients: 250 grams diced bacon, 1 onion, thyme, 1 red sweet pepper, 1 chicken breast, 250 grams mushrooms, 50 grams butter, 50 grams flour, 250 ml stock, 250 cream, lasagne sheets, cheese,

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake 250 gram diced bacon with 1 finely chopped onion and thyme until the onion is soft. Add 1 sliced red sweet pepper and 1 diced chicken breast. Bake them just until the chicken is white. Add 250 grams sliced mushrooms. Bake until the mushrooms are soft.
Meanwhile, make the sauce. Melt 50 grams butter. Add 50 grams flour. Fry briefly. Voe gradually 250 ml stock (or possibly more if the sauce remains too thick) and 250 ml cream.
Place in an ovenproof dish (or two singles ramekins) a layer of chicken mixture. Spread some sauce over it. Cover with lasagne sheets. Then another layer of chicken mixture and sauce and lasagne sheets. Finish with another layer of chicken mixture and a layer of sauce. Sprinkle grated cheese on last. Place the ovenproof dish about 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Enjoy!
