Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Thaw 3 slices puff pastry, cut 1 slice of puff pastry in half. Put on the whole puff pastry slices each 1 tartare. Place on each tartare 1 slice of tomato and slices of cheese. Place half the puff pastry slice over the tartare and gently fold the dough closed. Lay the puff pastry parcels in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and dried Italian herbs. Place the ovenproof dish about 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Enjoy!
