Bake 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove and thyme to taste until the onion is soft. Add 250 grams risotto rice. Stir so that the rice glistens. Add a dash of white wine. Let the alcohol evaporate. Gradually add 1 liter chicken stock, stirring occasionally. Let the risotto be cooked until done in about 20 minutes. Meanwhile bake in another pan 1 diced chicken breast brown. Add 250 grams sliced mushrooms. Bake until the mushrooms are soft. Add, when the risotto is done, the chicken, mushrooms and 100 grams of grated cheese to the risotto. Let the cheese melt. Enjoy!
