Cut 2 chicken breasts into large chunks. Bake the chicken breast brown in hot butter. Spoon the chicken from the pan. Bake in the remaining fat 1 chopped onion until the onion is soft. Add 250 grams of mushrooms. Fry the mushrooms until soft. Add a dash of white wine. Let the alcohol evaporate. Spoon the onion and mushrooms from pan. Melt 30 grams butter in the pan.
