Bake 1 diced chicken breast brown in hot butter. Add 250 grams diced chorizo and 2 chopped onions. Cook until the onions are soft. Add 250 grams risotto rice and cook briefly. Add 1 can of diced tomatoes. Bake 3 minutes. Add 400 ml chicken stock and 200 grams frozen peas. Let the risotto rice be cooked in 20 minutes while stirring occasionally. Enjoy!
