Viennese Cutlet with Tomato Sauce
Ingredients: 2 red onions, 2 garlic cloves, thyme, 1 can carrots, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 stock cube, 2 Viennese cutlets, grated cheese,

Number of persons: 2

Bake 2 sliced red onion with 2 finely chopped garlic cloves and thyme until the onion is soft. Add 1 (drained) can carrots, 1 can diced tomatoes and 1 crumbled stock cube. Leave for about 10 minutes on low heat. Meanwhile, fry 2 Viennese cutles on both sides brown. Blend the sauce. Serve the Vienesse cutles with tomato sauce and grated cheese. Enjoy!

(P. S. you have enough tomato sauce to use as leftover with pasta!)
