Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente. Bake 1 diced red pepper and 1 diced yellow pepper with 1 finely chopped garlic clove and parsley (to taste) about 15 minutes on medium heat until soft. Add 2 tablespoons vinegar and 1 tablespoon sugar. Bake until the sugar has melted. Serve with spaghetti. Enjoy!
