Boil 200 grams of rice according pack instructions. Leave the rice to cool. Bake 1 chopped onion with 2 minced garlic cloves until the onion is soft. Add 1 sliced leek with 150 grams chopped corned beef and 50 grams chopped ham until the leeks are soft. Meanwhile, mix 1/2 teaspoon shrimp paste with 1 tablespoon hot water. Add the shrimp paste with water and 1 teaspoon chili jam, 1/2 crumbled beef stock cube. Stir-fry briefly. Add the rice with 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce and stir until the rice is hot.
