Cook the noodles according to pack instructions. Bake 250 grams minced beefbrown and loose. Add 1 chopped leek and 1 grated carrot. Cook until the leeks are soft. Add 250 grams sliced mushrooms and cook until the mushrooms are soft. Add 1 can diced tomatoes, 6 tablespoons tomato ketchup, 3 tablespoons chili sauce, 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce and 1 crumbled stock cubes. Heat for a few minutes. Stir the vegetables into the cooked noodles. Enjoy!
