Tortellini with Peas in Creamy Cheese Sauce
Ingredients: tortellini with cheese filling, salt, 1 onion, 200 grams peas, 250 ml cream, 100 grams grated cheese, pepper,

Cook the tortellini with cheese filling in boiling salted water until al dente. Bake 1 chopped onion in hot butter until onion is soft. Add 200 grams peas and 250 ml cream. Bring the cream gently to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat. Add 100 grams of grated cheese. Let the cheese melt. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with tortellini. Enjoy!
