Number of burgers: 6 small ones or 4 big ones
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Peel 1 apple and remove the core. Grate the apple. Mix 500 grams minced beef with the grated apple. Bring the minced beef to taste with dried sage, salt and pepper. Make 6 small burgers from the minced beef (or 4 large burgers). Place the burgers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place the baking sheet about 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Preheat a small jar of red cabbage. Serve the ciabattas with the burgers and the red cabbage on top. Enjoy!
