
Ingredients: 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, thyme, 200 grams ham, 400 grams green beans (large jar), 50 grams butter, 50 grams flour, 500 ml milk, 200 grams grated cheese, salt, pepper, 1 teaspoon mustard, 400 grams potatoes,

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake 1 chopped onion with 2 finely chopped garlic cloves and thyme until the onion is soft. Add 200 grams chopped ham and 400 grams green beans (drained). Heat 5 minutes. Meanwhile, make the cheese sauce. Melt 50 grams butter. Add 50 grams flour and fry briefly. Gradually add 500 ml milk. Add 175 grams grated cheese and let the cheese melt. Season with salt, pepper and 1 teaspoon mustard. Cut 400 grams of peeled potatoes into thin slices. Grease an ovenproof dish (or 3 small ramekins) with butter. Place a layer of potato slices on the bottom. Brush with a bit of the cheese sauce. Divide the greans beans over it. Cover with a layer of potato slices. Divide the cheese sauce over it and sprinkle the remaining grated cheese. Put the ovenproof dish approximately 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Enjoy!
