Cook the spaghetti al dente in boiling water with a little salt. Bake 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove until the onion is soft. Add 250 grams minced beef and fry the minced beef brown and loose. Add 1 diced red pepper, 2 diced tomatoes and 3 chopped spring onions. Stir a few minutes. Add 500 ml sieved tomatoes, 2 tablespoons chili sauce and 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce. Let it simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with spaghetti and grated cheese. Enjoy!
