Cook the penne al dente in boiling salted water. Bake 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove and thyme until the onion is soft. Add 300 grams spinach and stir fry until the spinach is wilted. Puree the spinach in the blender (if you like). Add 1 can diced tomatoes and 1 tablespoon chili sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with penne and grated cheese. Enjoy!
