Cook the rice according pack instructions. Bake 1 chopped onion with 50 grams Thai yellow curry paste until the onion is soft. Add 1 diced chicken breast and cook the chicken breast brown. Add 100 grams sliced mushrooms and 250 grams sliced mushrooms. Bake until the mushrooms are soft. Add 400 ml coconut milk. Let it simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes so the sauce thickens.
