Bake 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove and thyme until the onion is soft. Add 250 grams risotto-rice. Stir a little while. Add a dash of white wine. Let the alcohol evaporate. Gradually add 750 ml stock. Meanwhile cook in another pan 150 grams diced ham with 1 diced red pepper until the pepper is soft. Add 1 sliced leek. Fry the leek until the leek is soft. Add, if the risotto is done, the ham, leeks and pepper to the risotto. Stir 75 grams grated cheese into the risotto and let the cheese melt. Enjoy!
