Cook the rice according pack instructions. Bake 250 gram diced bacon crispy. Add 1 chopped onion when the bacon is crisp. Cook until the onion is soft. Add 250 grams sliced mushrooms. Bake until the mushrooms are soft. Add 1 jar drained marrowfat peas, 5 tablespoons tomato ketchup, 1 tablespoon chili sauce and 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce. Leave to simmer for about 10 minutes. Serve with rice. Enjoy!
